For 28 years, my life has been a journey woven with divine purpose. It began not with a plan of my own, but with a profound and unmistakable call from God Almighty. This was a summons to step into a world of spiritual warfare, to preach His Word, and to be a vessel for His supernatural power. Just as the Apostle Paul declared, “For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds” (2 Corinthians 10:4).
The Mission: Setting The Captives, Free
My ministry has been a testament to the truth that the Gospel is not merely a philosophy, but the power of God to save and set people free. We have taken this message to the throughout the earth. Through countless mission trips, knowing that “where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom” (2 Corinthians 3:17). I’ve witnessed firsthand how a simple act of faith can break through the darkest oppression.
This work was never mine alone. From the very beginning, my beloved wife Consuelo F.Garza stood firmly by my side, a true prayer warrior and a pillar of strength. Her faith and support have been instrumental in every victory. And as our journey continued, our son Wiseman Felix Garza joined us in the work, carrying on the mantle of faith and ministry. Together, we have been a family united in purpose.

THE EVIDENCE OF HIS POWER
Our ministry has been defined by miracles that can only be attributed to the hand of God and his precious Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ our Savior. We have seen the scriptures come to life before our very eyes. This is not just a story of faith; it is a testimony of His unmistakable power.
Healings From All Manners of Disease:
We have seen God’s healing hand touch those afflicted by chronic and terminal illnesses. In one instance, we laid hands on a man who had been blind for years. As we prayed in faith, the power of God swept over him, and instantly, his eyes opened, and he began to weep as he saw the world for the first time. This is the same Jesus who declared, “For it is I who am the Lord who heals you” (Exodus 15:26).
OPENING DEAF EARS:
We were once called to pray for a young woman who had been deaf since birth. The doctors had given up hope, but we knew God had not. As my wife Consuelo prayed with fervent faith, the young woman’s ears popped open, and she turned to us, her face in awe as she heard our voices for the first time. It was a powerful demonstration of Isaiah 35:5, which promises, “Then the eyes of the blind will be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped.”
DELIVERANCE FROM DEMON POSSESSION:
On one occasion, a young person was brought to us, tormented by voices and trapped in a state of delusion. As my family and I began to pray and command the evil spirit to leave, the person’s face contorted, and a voice—not their own—cried out in defiance. But we held firm, standing on the authority given to us by Christ (Luke 10:19). My son Felix joined in the prayer, and in the name of Jesus, the spirit was cast out. The individual’s eyes cleared instantly, and for the first time in months, they experienced peace.
WISDOM AND DESERVEMENT:
I have learned that true wisdom is not just knowledge, but the ability to discern the spiritual root of a problem. It is knowing when a sickness is a physical ailment or a spiritual attack. This wisdom, given by the Holy Spirit, has guided our every move, reminding us that “we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places” (Ephesians 6:12).

My life has been a constant surrender to God, recognizing that I am nothing without Him. He has used me as a powerful vessel, not because of my own strength or intellect, but because I am willing to be used. The 28 years of ministry are not my story alone; they are a chronicle of God’s faithfulness, His power, and His unwavering love for His people. My greatest joy is seeing lives transformed, destinies reclaimed, and people walk in the freedom Christ has secured for them.
